Investment Banking Operations

About the role

Capco is looking for an Investment Banking Operations professional to handle invoice processing, reconciliation and broker interactions for its banking clients in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge and log invoices received from bank brokers within 24 hours.
• Reconcile invoices and coordinate broker payments for front‑month and backlog items.
• Raise issues and discrepancies with brokers and work toward effective resolution.
• Provide periodic reports to client managers on invoice status, payments made, unpaid invoices and expected closure dates.
• Manage broker expectations on invoice clearance and handle escalations.
• Maintain invoice tracker, daily checklists, inbox management and escalation resolution.
• Conduct regular checks with brokers to ensure no invoice remains unattended.
• Uphold high standards of discipline and conduct in all interactions.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations.
• Experience with reconciliations, derivatives, payables/receivables, trade settlement and collateral management.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with brokers and internal teams.
