Inventory Executive (Refractory & Ceramic Product)

About the role

The Inventory Executive will manage accurate inventory records for refractory and ceramic raw materials, monitor stock movements and support material storage practices. The role demands strong attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management systems and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials in the system, ensuring accuracy of quantity, quality, customer requirements and storage location.
• Update and maintain records of materials relocated within the company premises.
• Monitor physical stock of raw materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper storage.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts and stock verification activities.
• Support stock reconciliation processes and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare, maintain and update inventory‑related reports, MIS and documentation.
• Coordinate with stores, procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material movement and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory management procedures and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in industrial raw materials, chemicals or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with refractory or ceramic products.
