About the role
We are looking for an Inventory Executive to ensure accurate, real‑time stock records across all SKUs in our warehouse. The role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity, supporting efficient order fulfillment and minimizing shrinkage.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy for all product SKUs.
- Perform daily cycle counts and periodic audits to reduce discrepancies.
- Process inbound goods quickly (GRN) and oversee proper put‑away.
- Manage buffer and safety stock levels based on demand patterns.
- Identify and resolve mismatches between system records and physical stock.
- Support order picking efficiency by ensuring correct binning and product placement.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with warehouse teams.
- Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
Required skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Understanding of GRN processes and stock put‑away procedures.
