Inventory & Dispatch Executive

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage product packing, labelling, stock updates and shipping preparation. The role ensures that every item is correctly checked, recorded and dispatched while maintaining accurate inventory records and regular reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Pack products securely according to dispatch requirements.
• Verify product names and quantities before packing.
• Apply and verify labels, stickers and other required markings.
• Prepare packages for shipping and coordinate with the courier team.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched products.
• Update stock records after receiving, packing and dispatching.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with recorded inventory.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged or missing items.
• Maintain daily inward and outward stock logs.
• Prepare daily/weekly packing, dispatch and inventory reports.
• Record returned, damaged or rejected products and ensure documentation is up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Age: 18 years or above.
• Basic ability to read and write English/Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Good attention to detail, organisational and record‑keeping skills.
• Responsible and disciplined work approach.
• Physical ability to handle packing and related tasks.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, e‑commerce or stock management is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
