International Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic International Travel Consultant to turn travel aspirations into memorable holidays. Based in Lucknow, you will work with inbound leads and guide customers through the selection and booking of international holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle qualified travel enquiries generated through Meta Ads, websites, and partner platforms.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend the most suitable international holiday packages.
• Build customized itineraries and provide destination guidance for locations such as Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, Maldives, Europe, Japan, and more.
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversions and close bookings while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Develop long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, preferably with international holidays.
• Proven ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to grow.
