International Sales Trainer

About the role

The International Sales Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, soft‑skills and compliance for our Forex and Comex trading services. Working from our office, you will coach agents to improve their communication, market expertise and customer handling, ensuring high performance across the call centre.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training modules on product, process, soft skills, sales, SOPs and induction.
• Monitor and coach agents on English language usage, pronunciation and cultural aspects.
• Provide ongoing feedback, develop action plans for low‑performing staff and ensure continuous improvement.
• Design and update training materials, conduct on‑the‑job and refresher sessions, and organize certification processes.
• Deliver financial market training focused on Forex and Comex, and lead compliance and customer satisfaction sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong verbal communication, enthusiastic and innovative attitude.
• Good knowledge of global financial markets, specifically Forex and Comex.
• Fluent English with solid sales and marketing capabilities.
