About the role
The International Sales Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and financial market fundamentals in Forex and Comex.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver training modules covering product, process, soft‑skills, sales and compliance.
- Coach agents on English language usage, pronunciation and cultural nuances.
- Provide ongoing feedback, monitor performance and develop action plans for low‑performing advisors.
- Deliver financial market training on Forex and Comex, conduct on‑the‑job and refresher sessions, and manage certification processes.
Required profile
- Graduate or post‑graduate degree.
- Enthusiastic, talkative and innovative personality.
- Good knowledge of global Forex and Comex markets.
- Fluent English communication with strong sales and marketing abilities.
