International Sales Representative – UK & Europe

About the role

The International Sales Representative will be based in Surat and will focus on acquiring and managing B2B retailers and distributors across the United Kingdom and key European markets. This full‑time, on‑site position involves generating leads, presenting quotes, and closing orders to meet monthly revenue targets while coordinating closely with production and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage B2B retailers and distributors in the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain and other target markets.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, and messaging platforms.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM tools.
• Track sales metrics, report on market trends, and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Attend trade events and travel internationally when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, luxury goods or related manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish or Urdu are a plus.
• Ability to work across global time zones and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international trade or equivalent professional experience.
