International Sales & Dealer Development Manager

About the role

Connect System India is looking for an experienced International Sales & Dealer Development Manager to lead business expansion across the Middle East, Africa and USA. The role will focus on building and managing dealer and distributor networks, creating strategic partnerships and driving sales growth in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, appoint and develop dealers, distributors and channel partners across target regions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Develop market entry strategies, set performance targets and create business plans for partners.
• Drive sales growth, generate business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events.
• Support dealers with product training, technical presentations and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales and market intelligence reports and coordinate with operations, supply chain and product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in international sales and dealer development.
• Experience in office electricals, switchgear, building materials or related industries.
• Strong network and market knowledge of the Middle East and USA.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across international markets.
