International Sales Associate - US Hotels

About the role

Atica is seeking a passionate International Sales Associate to support US hotel clients from our Pune office. The role involves driving sales, managing accounts, and ensuring hotel profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales support for multi‑branded hotels in the USA and develop a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Identify new prospects, activate new accounts in the US market, and grow market share.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using a lead management platform to shorten the sales cycle.
• Ensure hotel ownership profitability and find new ways to add value to each hotel.
• Lead bi‑weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall success.
• Support the development of sales strategies and suggest improvements to sales processes.

Required profile

• Available to work from Pune office (Monday to Friday) with shift timing 5 PM – 3 AM IST.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with high initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for pitches, proposals, correspondence, and reports.
