International Research Paper Mentor for Students – AI & Cybersecurity

About the role

Podar Eduspace Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced educators to act as part‑time mentors for students working on AI and cybersecurity research papers. The role is fully remote and involves guiding a student through the entire research process over approximately one month, dedicating 10‑12 hours in total.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one mentorship to students, offering guidance on project topics and research paper preparation.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Assist students in setting and achieving learning objectives.
• Evaluate student performance and deliver constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a positive and productive experience.
• Maintain open communication and promptly address any concerns.

Required profile

• Professors (Ph.D.) or Lecturers (Masters) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for helping students succeed professionally.
• Availability for a flexible part‑time schedule (10‑12 hours per month).
