International Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an International Product Manager to join our Product Management team and lead our product portfolio strategy for a given segment within the residential AC business. In this role you will shape the product roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure the portfolio meets customer needs across diverse markets in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies for Bosch’s Home Comfort RAC portfolio, managing the full product lifecycle from concept through end‑of‑life while aligning with global and regional roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer requirements to translate into product features and positioning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply‑chain, sales and marketing teams to ensure requirements are captured and delivered across regions.
• Prioritize resources, manage roadmaps, monitor KPIs and adjust plans based on performance, acting as the voice of the customer throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–15+ years of product management experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical ability to turn market insights into product strategy.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and technically minded; familiarity with HVAC/energy systems is a plus.
