International Market Supply Planner

About the role

The International Market Supply Planner will own supply and inventory planning for finished food products across global markets. Based in Mumbai, this hybrid position works closely with regional planning teams, manufacturing plants, and the General Mills India Center to drive data‑driven decisions and improve service, cost, and waste performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market supply and inventory strategies, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate the supply‑chain interface between market teams, upstream plants, and enterprise supply functions to meet cost and timing targets.
• Maintain accurate master data and supply parameters in SAP, OMP, and related planning systems.
• Consolidate demand, validate variances, and lead monthly production regrouping for make‑to‑order and make‑to‑stock items.
• Represent markets in weekly supply and operations meetings, escalating gaps and operational challenges.
• Analyze planning data, run segmentation models, and provide feedback to improve planning standards.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, inventory analysts, logistics, and other global stakeholders to resolve alerts and support exports planning.
• Own metric analysis, automation opportunities, loss analysis, and governance for supply performance.

Required profile

• Full‑time graduate from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 years of supply‑chain experience, including planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally.
