International Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, customer‑centric professional to join our International Contact Centre supporting banking operations. The role focuses on handling inbound queries, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional, and accurate resolutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via voice and written channels.
• Assist clients with banking products, mortgages, consumer lending, account information, and related services.
• Utilise workflow and case‑management tools to handle multiple interactions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and service‑level targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts with rotational week‑offs.
• Ability to adapt to a 24 × 7 international customer service environment.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
