Internal Controls Senior Specialist for Global Foreign Trade - Import Operations

About the role

The Internal Controls Senior Specialist will join Bosch's Foreign Trade Compliance and Risk Management team, overseeing import operations across multiple countries. This strategic position drives compliance risk management and leads internal control processes using Bosch’s IT compliance platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution, monitoring and closure of foreign trade internal controls on in‑house compliance tools.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for regional import stakeholders within the centralized FTRACE team.
• Collaborate with regional process experts to document and standardise work instructions for internal controls.
• Lead, train and enable internal control analysts and operators to meet scheduled control cycles.
• Identify, cluster and analyse compliance deviations and coordinate corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement of control processes and tool enhancements in partnership with governance and IT teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or internal controls, preferably with global team collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and Jira.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and analytics tools such as PowerBI and SQL.
• Exposure to AI‑driven automation, low‑code and no‑code automation tools.
