Internal Controls Performance Manager – Global Foreign Trade (Import)

About the role

As an Internal Controls Performance Manager for Global Foreign Trade – Imports, you will join Bosch’s Foreign Trade Compliance and Risk Management Team. You will be responsible for driving process efficiency, designing executive‑level reporting frameworks and ensuring transparency across the global compliance network.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and control KPIs and global reporting structures for Foreign Trade Internal Controls.
• Design, set up and maintain interactive KPI dashboards to provide end‑to‑end transparency for global stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CIP and Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping.
• Support operational teams by introducing and training structured quality and problem‑solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Foreign Trade with focus on quality tools, problem‑solving methodologies and digitalisation initiatives.

Required skills

• High proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, specifically SQL and Power BI.
• Advanced command of MS Excel for complex data modelling and reporting.
