Internal Controls Performance Controller for Global Foreign Trade - Import Operations

About the role

As an Internal Controls Performance Manager for Global Foreign Trade – Imports, you will be part of the Foreign Trade Compliance and Risk Management Team. This team is responsible for managing the internal controls of Bosch's import operations across multiple countries. In this strategic role, you will drive process efficiency, design executive‑level reporting frameworks, and establish transparency across our compliance network.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) and global reporting structures for Foreign Trade Internal Controls.
• Design, set up, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards to provide end‑to‑end transparency and distribute regular compliance insights to global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within internal control processes using Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping.
• Support operational teams by introducing, training, and applying structured quality and problem‑solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Foreign Trade with focus on quality tools, structured problem‑solving methodologies, and digitalisation initiatives.

Required skills

• SQL for data analytics.
• Power BI for visualization.
• Advanced MS Excel for complex data modelling and reporting.
• Experience with AI‑driven automation tools.
• Low‑code and no‑code automation familiarity.
