Internal Communication Specialist – Hyderabad

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Communications Specialist to join its USI Communications team in Hyderabad. The role blends storytelling, multimedia production, and project management to deliver engaging internal communications that inform, inspire, and drive employee action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of internal communication campaigns across email, newsletters, intranet, podcasts, videos, digital experiences and social posts.
• Partner with communications, creative and business stakeholders to define objectives, identify opportunities and craft compelling messaging.
• Manage end‑to‑end project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with Deloitte brand and editorial standards.
• Use data and insights to assess communication effectiveness and continuously refine content.
• Produce multimedia assets such as short‑form videos, employee stories, event highlights and leadership snippets using mobile devices and editing tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate or agency communications, with a proven track record of multi‑channel content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital publishing platforms and content management tools.
• Experience using social media channels for internal communication.
• Mobile video capture and basic video editing capabilities.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content for digital and social platforms.
