Internal Audit – Risk Analytics Manager (GRC Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead Risk Analytics within the GRC Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role combines audit expertise with advanced risk‑technology, helping clients design, transform and operate end‑to‑end internal audit functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement internal audit frameworks and risk‑analytics solutions for clients across industries.
• Lead IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing and managed‑service engagements, leveraging AI and emerging risk technologies.
• Evaluate governance, compliance and control environments, providing independent assurance on financial statements and operational processes.
• Oversee trade‑life‑cycle reviews, reconciliations and settlement processes across multiple asset classes.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to address complex risk scenarios.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought‑leadership in risk analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in middle‑office or investment operations with exposure to trade lifecycle, reconciliations and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, corporate actions).
• Ability to work across global shifts, including night/EMEA hours when required.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering internal audit or risk‑management projects for large organisations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with generative AI/agentic technologies such as AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct or DSPy.
• Familiarity with the Aladdin platform (preferred).
• Proficiency in risk‑analytics tools and data‑visualisation techniques.
