About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead risk consulting engagements for financial services clients in Mumbai. The role involves planning and executing internal audit, SOX 404, risk and control projects, and advising on governance and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of internal audit, SOX 404, risk and compliance engagements.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing risk and control frameworks and sustainable solutions.
• Manage engagement economics, resourcing, and reporting.
• Drive practice initiatives such as learning development, quality, and go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in financial services or banking audit and risk management.
• Qualifications such as CA, MBA, CIA or equivalent.
• Proven project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
