Interior Site Supervisor – On‑site Role in Kokapet

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kokapet and focuses on supervising interior fit‑out projects. The Interior Site Supervisor will manage daily site activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high quality standards throughout the execution phase.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and intervene to resolve delays.
• Inspect workmanship and material quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on the site.
• Communicate updates and issues to clients, senior management, and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management or project supervision within interior or construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Attention to detail and quick problem‑solving skills for on‑site challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in interior fit‑outs, procurement, and material handling is essential.
