Interior Site Supervisor – Hotel Renovation

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Interior Site Supervisor to lead daily execution of interior fit‑out works on a hotel renovation project in Ahmedabad. The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure high‑quality delivery within schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior and civil finishing activities on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, engineers and hotel operations.
• Interpret interior drawings, BOQs, measurements and specifications.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, material samples, quality standards and timelines.
• Monitor flooring, ceiling, wall paneling, paint, marble/granite, tiles, doors, wardrobes, furniture, bathroom fittings and lighting.
• Maintain workmanship quality, snag lists and proper sequencing with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and interior teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports, labour deployment updates and material requirement status.
• Support measurement verification, contractor billing checks and site documentation.
• Uphold site cleanliness, safety and discipline in an operational hotel environment.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in interior site supervision for hotels, commercial interiors or luxury residences.
• Diploma or degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture or related field (preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of materials, workmanship and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced renovation environments.
