Interior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Project Manager to lead the full construction lifecycle of interior fit‑out projects, from kickoff through handover. The role demands strong coordination of design, MEP integration and on‑site execution to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of interior construction, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, designers and subcontractors to integrate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.
• Manage verbal and written communications with stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and issue resolution.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce Brigade’s rigorous quality standards throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior fit‑out projects, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their impact on interior construction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
