Interior Designer – Mid-Level (3-6 yrs) – Mumbai

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Mid‑Level Interior Designer to independently manage projects from concept through execution. The role is based in our Mumbai office with regular site visits to Goa and Alibaug, reporting to the Senior Interior Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, colour schemes and functional space plans based on client briefs and budgets.
• Create detailed 2D working drawings, elevations, sections, furniture and joinery details, and coordinate electrical, lighting and plumbing layouts.
• Conduct regular site visits, coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants, and resolve design and technical issues during execution.
• Research, select and coordinate materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, furniture and accessories, managing samples, quotations and lead times.
• Manage project timelines, drawing schedules and design deliverables, tracking changes and ensuring alignment with budgets.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of interior design experience, preferably in a mid‑level capacity.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants and site teams.
