Integration Software Engineer – Java B2B Platforms

About the role

Apple’s E‑Business Services team is looking for a hands‑on Integration Software Engineer to design and build Java‑based B2B “infrastructure as code” components. The role focuses on creating highly scalable integration platforms that handle high‑volume transactions with Apple’s partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop frameworks that process high‑volume transactions with Apple’s partners.
• Drive enhancements and scale B2B platforms using strong technical leadership.
• Optimize availability and consistency for applications across multiple data centers and cloud providers.
• Build and enhance frameworks for persistence, event processing, uniqueness, transaction correlation and notifications.
• Collaborate closely with domain‑specific developers, operations and systems engineers.

Required profile

• 2+ years building frameworks with middleware such as Apache Camel.
• 8+ years of Java development experience for middleware or backend applications.
• 5+ years using Java frameworks like Spring.
• 5+ years working with Oracle (or similar relational DB) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• 5+ years designing scalable, reliable solutions using distributed system architecture.
