Integration Architecture & Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager of Integration Architecture & Strategy to lead the enterprise integration roadmap, governance, and a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects. The role will shape scalable, secure, and business‑aligned integration solutions across our client’s worldwide platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects, managing performance, career growth and succession planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define and execute a multi‑year integration strategy and roadmap.
• Promote API‑led connectivity, event‑driven architecture and reusable integration assets.
• Establish and govern enterprise integration standards, reference architectures and design patterns.
• Oversee architecture reviews for security, scalability, compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic oversight for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Solace PubSub+ and OpenText/EDI solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor platform adoption, performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture or technology leadership.
• 5+ years of people‑management experience leading technical teams.
• Proven track record defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and integration strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
