Integration Architect L2

About the role

The Integration Architect L2 is responsible for designing and governing enterprise‑wide integration solutions that enable seamless data and application connectivity across the organization. You will provide technical leadership, ensure architectural consistency, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document enterprise integration architecture for new deals and major change requests.
• Design integration solutions for client RFPs, ensuring scalability, reliability and manageability.
• Analyse applications, data formats, connectivity requirements and technology environments to create solution frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, development and implementation phases.
• Evaluate current integration landscape, identify improvements and define target‑state architectures.
• Recommend integration products and ensure alignment with the overall technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to reconcile solutions with business objectives.
• Establish integration metrics (KPIs/SLA) and monitor delivery quality.
• Identify integration risks, perform root‑cause analysis and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices and governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track record of staying current with industry integration trends and emerging technologies.
