Integrated Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives for both OORJAA, a technology‑driven logistics and transportation company, and its technology subsidiary DataShastra. The role will drive brand awareness, generate qualified B2B leads and support business growth across India and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for OORJAA and DataShastra.
• Plan, manage and optimise SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media campaigns.
• Design and run email marketing and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, blogs and newsletters.
• Coordinate content creation for digital platforms and manage corporate communication.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to generate high‑quality B2B leads.
• Plan product launch campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies for technology solutions.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and organise webinars, exhibitions and industry events.
• Manage external branding, public relations activities and relationships with media partners.
• Measure marketing KPIs, analyse campaign effectiveness and manage marketing budgets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in logistics, technology, SaaS or other B2B industries.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SEO and SEM.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
