About the role

The Intake Specialist – Voice Operations supports US healthcare operations by processing patient and provider requests across multiple channels. You will ensure accurate documentation, validate information for prior authorizations, and maintain high‑quality service standards while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Review medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Validate required information for prior authorization and clinical review.
Enter and update patient, provider, and request details in healthcare systems.
Identify missing information, coordinate resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required profile

5 years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in a call‑center environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
