Insurance Collections & GL Posting Executive

About the role

This position is responsible for end‑to‑end transactional processing within an insurance collections and general‑ledger posting environment. The role includes reconciling policies and accounts, managing ageing of debts/credits, and driving collection efforts through phone and email communication.

Key responsibilities

• Process insurance collections and GL posting transactions on a daily basis.
• Reconcile policy and account data, generate ageing reports, and monitor portfolio health.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to queries for critical accounts.
• Coach collectors, allocate accounts, and ensure timely closure of assignments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SLA/KSF targets, and quality standards.
• Prepare performance and business review reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a background in insurance collections.
• Experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and familiarity with Blackline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite.
• Ability to follow standard procedures, provide feedback, and monitor quality.
• Understanding of US personal and commercial insurance markets is a plus.
