Instructor Manager

About the role

Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 4–8 senior training experts delivering high‑impact virtual leadership training for a US‑based logistics client. This role blends hands‑on training expertise with people management, client coordination, and strategic program oversight to ensure effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 8–10 CL8–9 trainers, providing coaching, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of virtual leadership programs, ensuring quality, compliance with SLAs and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, present to C‑suite executives, and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Design and implement continuous‑improvement frameworks, track training metrics and ROI, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Scale programs from pilot to enterprise level, handling multiple concurrent cohorts across time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum two recognized LDP certifications (e.g., MBTI and Hogan or equivalent).
• 8–12 years of leadership training delivery experience with US or global clients.
• 3+ years of direct team leadership managing training professionals.
• Proven ability to conduct needs analysis, design programs, and manage complex client relationships.
• Deep understanding of US logistics industry nuances and operational leadership challenges.
