Instructor Competency Management Executive

About the role

The Instructor Competency Management Executive will join the newly created Airbus India Training Centre in Gurugram. Reporting to the local Chief Flight Instructor, the role ensures that all flight instructor records, qualifications and regulatory documents are accurately maintained and readily available to support the centre’s A320 and A350 training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update instructor folders, including competencies, licences, medical certificates, training records and renewal documentation in line with Airbus procedures.
• Maintain instructor data in MyTeam and shared drives, ensuring correct versioning and accessibility.
• Scan, archive and route documents to the appropriate authorities, monitoring email platforms for relevant updates.
• Provide a rolling 12‑month training forecast to the Chief Flight Instructor and Head of Flight Training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Airbus flight‑training standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar competency‑management or training‑administration role.
• Good understanding of aviation regulatory needs.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle pressure.

• Proficient computer skills for document management and data entry.
