Instagram & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Instagram & Community Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of our Instagram presence for a fast‑growing education brand. You will publish content, engage the audience and turn conversations into qualified leads, supporting our acquisition funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Publish reels, carousels, posts and schedule daily stories in line with the content calendar.
• Maintain the Instagram publishing schedule and ensure all assets go live on time.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, proactively engage followers and qualify inbound conversations.
• Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and nurture community relationships.
• Coordinate with designers and editors to organise assets, tag products and set up ManyChat automations.
• Research competitors, identify trending formats and suggest new content ideas to improve organic growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimisation for engagement and follower growth.

Required profile

• Passion for Instagram and a solid understanding of how the platform works.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Enjoys online interaction and can adapt quickly to feedback.
• Motivated to grow with a fast‑moving company.
