About the role
The Inside Sales Team Lead will guide a group of Inside Sales Representatives, set performance targets, and ensure the team meets its sales objectives. The role combines leadership, coaching, and hands‑on sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
- Set daily and weekly sales targets and monitor achievement.
- Assist team members with calls, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align processes.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, conversion metrics, and team progress.
- Improve sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Handle escalated cases from team members and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
- Ability to manage a team of eight or more members.
- Background in the edtech sector.
