Inside Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to drive the conversion of patient enquiries into treatment onboarding across our network of spine clinics. You will lead a team of inside sales executives and patient advisors, ensuring high‑quality interactions and meeting aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team handling inbound enquiries and outbound calls.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets from consultations to treatments.
• Monitor call quality, lead follow‑up discipline and CRM hygiene.
• Track and report metrics such as lead‑to‑consultation conversion, call volumes and revenue.
• Conduct call audits, provide feedback and training to improve performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to align lead flow and campaign execution.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement process improvements.
• Handle escalations and complex patient queries with empathy.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of inside sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, ed‑tech or BFSI sales is preferred.
• Strong people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and a patient‑centric attitude.

• Advanced Excel skills for sales analytics.
