Inside Sales Team Lead

About the role

Accredian, a fast‑growing edtech company, is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to build and manage a high‑performing sales team that drives enrollments for its professional development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a team of 10‑15 sales representatives from the ground up.
• Own monthly revenue targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds its enrollment quota.
• Motivate and coach team members to close deals and achieve top revenue numbers.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Accredian’s courses and articulate their benefits.
• Foster a high‑performance culture where each rep feels valued and driven.
• Monitor call quality, provide continuous feedback, and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with reporting and management teams to align sales activities with company goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in B2C sales within education or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving annual targets of 10 + crore INR.
• Experience managing a sales team of 20 + associates, including leads/ATLs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
