About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative/Specialist to drive solution selling for cloud services, focusing on Microsoft Azure. The role involves cold‑calling prospects, understanding their cloud needs, and arranging qualified meetings for the solution team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to targeted accounts to generate interest in Azure‑based solutions.
Identify decision‑makers and key stakeholders within prospect organisations.
Engage customers to uncover current infrastructure, pain points, and cloud adoption requirements.
Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the technical sales/solution team.
Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

Graduate degree (any discipline).
2–5 years of experience generating leads, preferably in IT or cloud sales.

Required skills

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking calls, leads, and opportunities.
