Inside Sales Executive – Women Only

About the role

We are looking for dynamic, persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. The role focuses on reviving high‑intent leads who have shown interest in our platform but have not completed a purchase, turning curiosity into confirmed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have added items to their cart, browsed products, or received promotional credits but have not transacted.
• Make timely outbound calls to re‑engage leads and handle inbound inquiries via call, chat, WhatsApp, or website.
• Understand customer needs, address objections, and recommend suitable products.
• Route interested customers to the nearest physical store when offline exploration is required.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the internal CRM and collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to act on warm leads.
• Consistently achieve or exceed conversion targets and provide feedback on customer patterns.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele‑Sales, or Customer Engagement (e‑commerce or retail preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle objections and convert interest into sales.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms.
