Inside Sales Executive – Time‑Tracking Software

About the role

VariableSoft is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive the sales of its time‑tracking and workforce‑management software. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn and online research.
• Conduct product demonstrations via online meetings and explain features, pricing and implementation benefits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and customer‑support teams during onboarding.
• Build long‑term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS or software sales; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with cold calling and target‑driven work environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
