Inside Sales Executive – Remote (Delhi NCR)

About the role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a full‑time remote role, open to candidates based in Delhi NCR. You will own the journey from the first conversation to a live, active doctor on our platform, pitching and closing SaaS subscriptions, onboarding them and ensuring product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to doctors and clinics via calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn using provided and self‑generated leads.
• Conduct product demos of AYKA LIFE and AYKA EXPERT, showcasing appointments, patient records, billing and teleconsultation.
• Pitch subscription plans, handle objections and close SaaS sales.
• Onboard newly signed doctors: registration, profile setup, documentation and first walkthrough.
• Follow up until each onboarded doctor is actively using the platform.
• Maintain pipeline and follow‑ups in the CRM daily.
• Achieve monthly targets for doctors onboarded, subscriptions closed and revenue.
• Share doctor feedback with Product and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales or SaaS sales; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, spoken and written.
• Strong consultative selling, lead qualification and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑disciplined, target‑driven and able to work independently from home with a stable internet connection and laptop.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with video‑call platforms for demos and meetings.
