Inside Sales Executive – Japan Team (India)

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will support the Japan team by identifying and engaging potential customers in the target market. This role focuses on generating qualified leads through research, outreach, and coordinated campaigns, feeding the field sales team with appointment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research to identify potential companies and prospects within the target market.
• Create and maintain a database of qualified prospect contact details.
• Gather market intelligence through secondary research to inform sales strategies.
• Develop calling and email scripts based on messaging from sales and marketing teams.
• Execute targeted cold‑calling campaigns to validate customer information, promote services, and secure appointments.
• Manage email campaigns, handle responses, and qualify leads.
• Serve as a plug‑and‑play resource for multiple campaigns targeting different services and markets.
• Produce regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on campaign performance.
• Participate in management meetings to share market feedback and refine outreach methodology.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N3 or N4 level.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for phone and email outreach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
