Inside Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team focused on the US market. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, lead qualification, order conversion and close coordination with internal sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US B2B prospects and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
• Understand bulk‑purchase requirements, pricing, delivery timelines and product specifications, and present our product portfolio confidently.
• Maintain accurate call outcomes, follow‑up cadence and deal status in CRM tools, tracking leads through the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives, Operations and Vendor Management to ensure smooth order confirmation and address delivery constraints.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead qualification, conversions and revenue contribution.

Required profile

• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral or international accent.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with resilience, persistence and strong listening skills.
• Process‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with targets and performance dashboards.
• Team player open to feedback and coaching.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
