Inside Sales Executive

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will join Trivara Logistics’ growing sales team in Surat. Working in a hybrid setting, you will be responsible for driving new business through lead generation, client outreach and relationship management, while supporting existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects, generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Communicate with potential customers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and upselling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings.
• Build long‑term partnerships that support repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
