Inside Sales Engineer (French)

About the role

Enphase Energy is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Engineer who will focus on French‑speaking customers across the US and global markets. Based in Bangalore, you will promote Enphase’s solar, storage and energy‑management solutions, driving revenue through new sales, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Educate clients on Enphase products, including microinverters, battery storage and energy management platforms.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support and Channel teams to maximize customer success.

Required profile

• 3+ years of inside, telesales or consultative sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Fluency in French (minimum C1 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% academic performance.
• Flexibility to work US and/or European market hours.
