Injection Moulding Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Injection Moulding Operator to join our plastics manufacturing unit in Surat. The role involves operating injection moulding machines, preparing raw materials, and ensuring smooth production of plastic components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to specifications.
• Prepare and mix raw material pellets, including grinding and dosing.
• Load moulds, monitor cycle times, and perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Operate grinding machines and handle material handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.

Required profile

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in plastic injection moulding or related manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with grinding and material mixing equipment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and machine settings accurately.
• Physical stamina for loading/unloading moulds and handling raw materials.
