Injection Molding Operator

About the role

Terra Tech Packs is seeking a full‑time Injection Molding Operator to work on‑site in Coimbatore. You will operate and monitor injection molding machines that produce reusable food containers, ensuring production meets specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up machines, adjust process parameters, and load raw materials for each production run.
• Oversee production cycles, conduct routine inspections of finished parts, and identify any defects.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, keep the work area clean and organized, and document production data accurately.

Required profile

• Basic technical or vocational training in plastics, manufacturing, or mechanical trades (preferred).
• Ability to follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and cooperate with cross‑functional production and quality teams.
