Injection Molding Operator

About the role

Join ZYPACK POLYPACK PRIVATE LIMITED as an Injection Molding Operator in Delhi. You will work full‑time on‑site, operating state‑of‑the‑art injection molding machines to produce high‑quality cosmetic containers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain cycle times.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished parts, separate defective items, and work with the quality team.
• Perform routine cleaning, support preventive‑maintenance activities, and follow all safety procedures.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Experience operating plastic manufacturing equipment, especially injection molding machines.
• Familiarity with quality‑control practices and ability to identify defects.
• Knowledge of preventive‑maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.
• Prior work in plastics or packaging manufacturing, preferably for cosmetics.
• Basic technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing disciplines (preferred).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
