Infrastructure Planner / Engineer

About the role

As an Infrastructure Planner/Engineer you will support the technical design and delivery of urban planning and civil infrastructure projects across India. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to produce drawings, calculations and technical reports, ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the project life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical design of infrastructure projects and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Produce and manage drawings, calculations, conceptual sketches and technical reports.
• Undertake civil infrastructure design review and master‑planning, including drainage, earthworks, highways and pressurised water networks using Civil 3D.
• Lead small to medium urban planning projects under supervision of the Business Head/Team Lead.
• Prepare technical specifications, schedules, presentations and contractual documents.
• Coordinate daily with clients, design teams and multidisciplinary partners to ensure progress.
• Ensure quality of team deliverables and compliance with organisational standards.
• Participate in external workshops, bid preparation and bid documentation for EPC/PPP contracts.
• Apply BIM/CAD/GIS tools, clash analysis and knowledge of environmental/CRZ norms in project execution.

Required profile

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Engineering, Urban Planning or Infrastructure Planning from a reputed institute.
• Readily available to join the role.

• Familiarity with environmental and CRZ norms applicable to infrastructure projects.
