Infosec Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Infosec Engineer to strengthen the security posture of enterprise customers. In this role you will perform hands‑on cybersecurity analysis, monitoring and advisory support across a range of customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise systems, security data, logs and endpoint telemetry to identify and investigate cyber threats.
• Review customer security configurations, detect gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Support customers in adopting and optimizing managed detection and response services.
• Document investigations, remediation actions and produce clear service‑related reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations via email, phone, messaging platforms and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Product, Security and Threat Response teams to deliver strong outcomes.
• Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring environments follow security best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity products, services and industry standards.

• Ability to work flexible hours to support a 24x7x365 operational model.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across multiple internal groups.
