Information Technology Technician

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful and diligent Information Technology Technician to strengthen our organization’s technological infrastructure. The successful candidate will have strong technical aptitude, a commitment to operational continuity, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Respond to help‑desk requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Administer user accounts, network access, and system permissions.
• Perform routine data backups and enforce security protocols to protect data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and equipment upgrades.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
